How to become a member in eMART eVentures’ e-Com Programmes?
The customer has to contact any eMART eVentures’ Associate:
Authorized eMART Centres (AEC), eMART Authorized Agents (EAA), eShoppeR or company’s website www.emartinfo.com and pay a one-time registration fee and register as an eShoppeR.
What does an eShoppeR get on becoming a member?
The eShoppeR gets an e-com pass with an identity number that becomes his/her Account Number.
About shopping?
The eShoppeR can visit the nearest Authorized eMART Centre (AEC) or the website www.emartinfo.com and check the eMART Order Booking Centres (OBCs) list to plan his/her future shopping.
What to do next?
With OBC:
The eShoppeR has to select products using CATEGORY Scroll down menu or type product name or category or description in SEARCH Box. Select the optional payment method and pay for the value of good(s) selected. Products will be door delivered.
With Cash on Delivery (COD)
The eShoppeR has to pay cash for the value of goods delivered after completely verifying the delivered package/kit. eCheqs can be availed from any eMerchants or eMART Authorized Centres.
What is the benefit?
The eShoppeR / the customer gets sharepoints for all transactions made through eMART “INCOME THROUGH EXPENDITURE” Plan. These sharepoints earn incentive rewards for the eShoppeR.
How to know the incentive status or account?
The eShoppeR can visit the website www.emartinfo.com, enter his/her Login ID and Password and get into his/her personal eMART page, click ViewMyAccount and see his/her incentive balance.
He will also receive SMS Alert from the eMART tied-up Bank once his/her incentive amount gets transferred to his/her eMART account in the Bank stating the amount transferred in that particular period. He/she can also call our customer service number to know the details.
How to collect the incentives?
He/she can withdraw from any ATM and/or purchase products/services from any outlets that accept Bank debit cards using ATM/Debit card issued by eMART eVentures. He will receive some incentive benefits by post. Or you can exchange your incentives to buy goodies online.
